We take a holistic approach to workplace investigations by identifying interpersonal, environmental and organizational factors surrounding the complaint, and provide recommendations aimed at prevention.
Our Mission
We assist in helping business owners and human resource staff create workplaces where individuals feel they are valued and are able to perform in a harassment, discrimination, and violence free environment. We do so by providing investigative services involving conduct and policy breaches, workplace harassment, as well as workplace violence investigations. We also provide harassment investigation training and consultation services to human resource staff. Our goal is to establish ourselves as a leader in workplace investigations and consultation services in Canada.
