  • This training covers how to review a complaint and the response to a complaint to identify key investigative questions needed for the investigation, and questions for the interview. The training will also cover what the order of questions should be, what type of information should be noted during an interview, how to manage an interview and how to effectively engage with an interviewee. Training will be delivered through presentation, case studies and role plays.

  • This training covers what elements are required in a report, what content should be included, how a report should be structured, and how to effectively communicate an analysis and findings. Training will be delivered through presentation, case studies, and one-on-one review with the instructor.

  • This training covers how to effectively write an analysis within an investigation report by explaining what an analysis is, how to structure an analysis in a logical order, and important elements of an analysis such as the credibility and the reliability of the information collected. Training will be delivered through presentation and case studies.

  • This training covers how to ensure procedural fairness and impartiality through each step of the investigation process. These steps include, performing research, conducting interviews, analyzing information, and preparing reports. Training will be delivered through presentation, case studies and role plays.
